He had nearing three decade of illustrious services.He has worked as a General Manager in one of the leading Security Agency in South India for 4 years before joining our company. He has over 8 years of experience in the field of Facility Management and Security Solution business.We have a dream. A dream to make young India successfully employed. A dream we work on every day!
He has 32 years of distinguished service in the police department at his various posts and retired as Superintendent of Police. He was decorated with several medals for his outstanding service. The President of India Medal for his meritorious service and CM Medal for his outstanding service.During his service he resolved many crises involving with land issues, law and orders, dealing complicated and sensitive issues. After his retirement he was worked as consultants/chief officer for many reputed organizations. He is capable of handling any crisis and close liaison with his fellow Officer in the department. He is one of the pillars of the WorkPaoo Security Management.
Venketesh Swami his retirement from Army after 24 years of service. He took part in Kargil war Op-Vijay and also on deputation duty to Rastriya Rifles in Jammu and Kashmir has had wide ranging experience of Counter Insurgency Operations. He got several laurels and award for distinguished services.After his retirement he gained vast experience by serving in many Agencies and committed to deliver the best security services. He started his own venture by forming Workpaoo Security Management after his vast experience in defense industries. He is known for his ability to deliver and forming a world class teams and adding the value in Security industry.
